It was a perfectly sunny fall evening for this senior's session, couldn't ask for anything better!

Anchorage, Alaska Family Photography {Super fun mini session}

I was thrilled when we met up for our mini session and I saw how gorgeous and stylish this family is! How fun, I feel so lucky to get such wonderful clients and meet so many great people! I am REALLY looking forward to her full maternity and newborn session next month!

The mini's worked out great this year. I introduced a special 20 minute session that included a variety of photo options (prints, digitals, cards, etc) for families and it was a hit! We all came away with a wonerful variety yet still kept it simple!

Handsome Handsome guy!!! I couldn't be happier for my cousin - he is handsome, excels at his sports and a wonderful member of the family! Congrats to the class of 2012!

Sweet sweet boy {Newborn Photographer Anchorage, Alaska}

As I spend today getting caught up on my blogging, I've decided to start with this sweet little boy. He was such an angel during his modeling debut, hardly made a peep!! At hardly a week old, he had the chubbiest little cheeks, what a charmer :)

Anchorage & Eagle River Family Photographer {The S. family is back for a visit!}

I love this family! We first met when their daughter was a newborn and now we got to catch up yet again - it makes my day when I get to see a family grow! In a way, I become friends with each of my clients, I love to hear how things are going in their lives and chitchat through the session about all of the new happenings and funny stories! I love that this profession has enabled me to meet so many wonderful people and their families!

During this particular session, the little guy was feeling rather shy but after some goofy leaf throwing he came around! No kid can resist the leaves!






When mom called me that day to ask about a headband to coordinate the dress, I made one up special just for this beauty!


At this very moment I believe I had leaves on my head :D






It's not all about the kids.... I always always love to get a few of just the parents!

I have known this mom for ages - ever since we were kids! When she emailed to schedule a session I was thrilled, I love using photos as an excuse to catch up with everyone! ;) They are such a wonderful family, very blessed! The weather held out for us perfectly, the first rain drops appeared as we were driving back home!

Catching up on my blogging this evening.... I met this cutie for a session last month, we had a fun time! She was a preemie and reminded me of my own son in that respect. She sure pulled off the pink flower look marvelously!
